It will praise you when you run and when you don't... Let's just say that we recommend that you keep your promises. When you sign up, you'll get your own running calendar. Just book your runs and The Promise Keeper will make sure to tell your friends by using your Facebook and/or Twitter. If you then don't actually go for your runs The Promise Keeper will tell them this too. This will make it virtually impossible for you to ignore your runs without hearing about it. You will of course need to grant The Promise Keeper rights to do so and you can drop out at any time. The app will track your runs through GPS and save your running history for you to keep. You will also be able to share your runs through Facebook, Twitter or e-mail by your own choice.
